Weight Loss Information Versus Alcohol Intake

Sometimes when you are on the weight reduction journey you simply need weight loss information. Plain and simple sometimes you simply don't have the answers that you need in order to make your weight release reality. You need the weight loss information in many different areas. Although, sometimes you really do know what is takes for you to decrease lbs. You just don't to take responsibility for the answer. Either way, that's okay. That's what I'm here for. I can help you or lead you in the direction you need to go in order to find your answers.

In this article the weight loss information we will talk about is alcohol - beer, wine, hard liquor. "Can I drink alcohol while dropping lbs?" You may be asking.

I know a lot of you are not going to like the answer that I am going to give you. In a nutshell the answer is 'no'. Dropping lbs can be done in a myriad of different ways. I choose to teach you the healthy way of weight reduction.

Alcohol has no nutritional value. It is empty carbohydrates. It does not contribute to your health. It is in the same category as donuts. Donuts are empty calories as well. This is weight loss information that you need. This weight loss information can help get you where you want to go....into your skinny jeans! Become a SkinnyJeansCEO! Give up the alcohol, give up those 'donuts'. Become more healthy. Don't let these empty calories take place of nutritious foods.

If you choose to have a drink, then let that be on top of your food plan, not in place of foods. Also when you have a drink it drops your will power. You let your guard down. You may succumb to eating more especially other empty carbs. In the morning you will just feel bad about yourself. t only did you drink empty, non nutritional 'food' you ate a bunch of sweets and unhealthy foods that does nothing for your self esteem or your waistline.

Another way you can do it is to have a very weak drink. You can enjoy your wine with some bubbly carbonated water. The sparkling juices are a wonderful alternative to wine.
